My name is Beata and I am a qualified Counsellor trained in Other-Centred Therapy, a unique approach integrating Western psychotherapy with key principles of Buddhist psychology. I am also a certified Purpose Discovery Guide™ .
My professional journey includes 19 years dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness in London. This extensive experience has provided me with a profound understanding of human resilience, the impact of adversity and trauma and the crucial importance of a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. These invaluable insights deeply inform my psychotherapeutic work with individuals navigating a wide range of life's challenges.

Based on the experiential work of Eugene Gendlin, Focusing is a process of inner awareness that encourages a direct, experiential engagement with your body's wisdom – the "felt sense." By approaching your inner world with gentle curiosity and self-compassion, we can unlock unexpected insights and resolutions that lead to lasting change and healing.
Drawing upon the transformative framework of IFS, we'll explore the different "parts" within you with curiosity and compassion, fostering greater self-acceptance, inner harmony, and a stronger sense of your central, present Self.
Drawing upon the foundational work of Carl Jung, we'll mindfully explore the hidden and rejected aspects of yourself – the parts we may have pushed away. This process includes understanding how these unconscious elements often manifest in our reactions to and projections onto others, fostering deeper self-understanding and a greater sense of wholeness.
Engaging in Soulwork: Drawing upon my training as a Purpose Discovery Guide, inspired by the work of Jonathan Gustin, I support you in engaging in "soulwork" to uncover your unique gifts, passions, and a deeper sense of meaning and direction in your life – that core essence of who you are wanting to live through you and guide your path.
My practice currently operates fully online, offering flexible and accessible sessions to support you wherever you may be.
I am developing plans to offer in-person sessions as my practice evolves.
For those engaging in Purpose Discovery and soul work, I also intend to offer sessions in natural settings, recognizing the powerful role of the environment in fostering self-awareness and connection.
My online therapy sessions are 60 minutes and currently offered on a sliding scale between £40 and £50.
From my earliest memories, the world often felt like a turbulent sea. Childhood abandonment and an unsafe environment created deep stress. These challenges became the foundation of my path. My journey became one of discovery, revealing the inherent belonging, safety and wholeness that always resided within.
By exploring my deep hurts, disowned parts and a dysregulated nervous system, I learned how to gently be with my fragmented experiences. I didn't try to change them. I simply listened. This allowed a powerful inner presence to unfold naturally, guiding me forward to inherent wholeness and inner safety, no matter what I face. This nurturing and guiding presence became a constant companion, calling me back to my body, my breath, and myself. Home isn't a fixed destination. It's an active practice of being present with whatever arises in a given moment.
Today, the fulfilment I find in this work is immense. My purpose is to create a safe, nurturing space for your unique exploration. I'm here to gently walk alongside you, respecting your unique experience every step of the way. I support your inherent capacity for healing and growth, empowering your journey towards a more authentic and aligned life. It is a privilege to share this path with you.
